No complains at all, the venue met required needs. The beds are comfy and the staff is welcoming. When we came, the owner met us and was friendly.

Position not far from Roecliffe Ramble and just walking distance from War Memorial Kirby Hill. Any problems about the free WiFi. Would like to stay longer. The rooms suited the needs.
